Niaouli has a floral and medicinal aroma that blends incredibly well with Eucalyptus.
Native to New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea and coastal Australia, Niaouli is a medium tree that is part of the Myrtaceae family. Several varieties exist and grow throughout the Pacific Islands and New Caledonia. The leaves of the plant are put through a steam distillation process to extract the clear exquisite essential oil.

CHEER: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Niaouli, 5 drops of Rosemary and 5 drops of Peppermint. Or add 5-6 drops of Niaouli to your Scent Ball Diffuser and diffuse for 30-60 minutes.
SPORTS MASSAGE: Add to a 2 ounce squeeze bottle: 8 drops of Niaouli, 2 drops of Lavender, 5 drops of Chamomile (Roman) and 5 drops of Rosemary, then fill with Jojoba oil. Shake to mix well. Massage into sore muscles. (1.7% dilution)
INHALATION: Add to an amber glass bottle: 15 drops of Niaouli, 20 drops of Eucalyptus (Radiata), 15 drops of Tea Tree and 10 drops of Nerolina, then shake to mix well. Fill a bowl with steamy water; add to the bowl 2 drops of the essential oil mixture, covering your head and bowl with a towel to keep the steam in. Inhale through your nose, with eyes closed. Breathe in the vapors for several minutes, or as desired.
FIRST AID: In a 1 ounce squeeze bottle add: 5 drops of Niaouli, 2 drops of Tea Tree, 3 drops of Lavender and 1 ounce aloe vera gel. Apply 2-3 times a day or as needed to assist the body's natural process of healing. (1.7% dilution)
BATH SALTS: Combine: 3 drops of Niaouli, 3 drops of Lavender and 1 drop of Elemi with 1 tablespoon of Jojoba oil and 1/2 cup of Epsom salts. Stir together and add to a full bath for a relaxing soak.
PROBLEM SKIN: Add to a 2 ounce bottle: 4 drops of Niaouli, 1 drop of Carrot Seed, 4 drops of Frankincense (Frereana) and 3 drops of Lavender (French), then fill with Polysorbate 20 (manufacturer's recommended amount) and witch hazel. Shake well before applying a couple of drops to a water-damp cotton ball and wiping oily areas around the nose, chin and forehead. Add a teaspoon of this blend to a small basin of water and soak a face cloth for larger areas. Relax and keep your eyes closed, as you apply the cloth to your entire face for a refreshing mask! Shelf life: 1 week (1% dilution)
