Description

Diffusing drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil is to invite serenity and wholeness into a space. It can have a relaxing and wonderfully calming effect on both the body and mind.

Roman Chamomile essential oil has a sweet and slightly fruity aroma reminiscent of fresh apples and meadow grass. Derived from the daisy-like flowers of this perennial Chamomile plant through steam distillation, Roman Chamomile essential oil is a common ingredient in numerous cosmetics, natural perfumes and body products.

The Ancient Romans used Roman Chamomile in brewed beverages and also burned it as incense. It was used as a low growing ground cover in ancient times. When trod upon, it released its fragrant scent and calming qualities to those inhaling its aroma.
